One toy company is answering parents’ pleas for dolls that “positively reflect” the disabilities their children live with. Makie’s Toy Like Me dolls have inclusive details like facial birthmarks, hearing aids, and soon a toy wheelchair. The line was created in response to a #ToyLikeMe campaign on social media, in which parents DIY’d their own disabled toys, and asked big brands to follow suite. (Mashable)
