The debate over what to call the next generation continues. Our 2013 Naming the Next Generation conference proposed the name Plurals, but no real consensus on a label for post-Millennials has been reached. Homeland Generation, iGeneration, Plurals, and Gen Z are all currently being used. Regardless of what we end up calling them, this group is likely to be more pragmatic, less affluent, and certainly smaller in size and more diverse than those who preceded them. (Mashable)
