Millennials 18-34-years-old are reportedly now the largest generation in the workforce, but according to recent college grads, they aren’t interested in working for big companies. New research from management consulting firm Accenture found that only 15% of the graduating class of 2015 would prefer to work for large corporations, while 35% would want to work for medium-sized businesses. When it comes to the kind of work and workplace they want, a “positive social atmosphere,” challenging work, and flexible hours all ranked high. (CNN)
