Brands could be capitalizing on food festival-loving Millennials. A survey by Eventbrite found that of 18-34-year-olds who had attended a food or drink festival in 2014, 60% say they will purchase a food or wine they enjoyed at an event again, and that number is even higher for beer at 82% (take note, Big Beer). Festivals are also an opportunity to turn consumers into brand ambassadors: 99% say they’re likely to recommend something they've tried at a festival to friends and family. (Entrepreneur)
