Juju Joints, discreet odorless vapor pens filled with cannabis oil, are apparently gaining in popularity. Through social media platforms, like Instagram, law enforcement agencies are witnessing the device’s increasing prevalence: “hundreds of thousands of postings by kids on how they are using variants of e-cigarettes.” (New York Times)
