Sony is upping the streaming stakes and giving young consumers another way to unplug, beta launching cloud TV service PlayStation Vue this month. The service will bring both live streaming video and on-demand content from over 75 channels, including CBS, Discovery, Fox, NBC, food Network, and Nickelodeon.
