TikTok’s youth business guru Gary Vee is warning companies to be aware of Gen Z’s ambition as self-starters.

TikTok’s youth business guru Gary Vee is warning companies to be aware of Gen Z’s ambition as self-starters. With all the buzz around “quiet quitting,” he says companies should really be scared of young adults making money elsewhere—specifically on their own. Gary Vaynerchuk, a Gen Z-loved motivational speaker and entrepreneur with over 14M TikTok followers, has been emphasizing that because there are more ways for Gen Z to make money on the internet than ever before, “the dynamic is more dangerous than the ‘quiet quitting’ trend.” In order to retain and bring on more young employees, Gary “Vee” is suggesting that companies can reach the gen with “better pay and growth potential.” (Business Insider)
