I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! released a sketch comedy series spoofing on Netflix. “The Butter Compartment” sketch comedy series builds on the social-first strategy I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! introduced last year via a perfume ad and its #NotButterSummer campaign. “The Butter Compartment” aired on the brand’s banner, Notflix (an obvious nod to Netflix), and spoof titles like “Eat, Spray, Love,” “Bread Lasso,” and “The Spraytrix” dropped on Notflix leading up to its premiere. The series will air on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube, along with a collection of GIFs and a GIPHY sticker pack the brand is also launching. Future spoofs—like a play on Netflix’s “Are You Still Watching?”—movie posters, and “watch along” snack pack recommendations driving viewers to a recipe page will also make their debut soon.
