Millennials are becoming more invested in Facebook—once they have kids. A 2015 study of parents from eight countries also found that parents spend 1.3x more time on mobile Facebook than users without children. From sharing pictures of their kids with family, to looking for product recommendations, to getting advice and, yes, making accounts for their own kids, Millennial parents are finding solace in the social platform. YPulse’s Clicking on Community trend research found that the majority of Millennial parents are part of an online group, with Facebook being a go-to for community, and many of these groups are focused on parenting.
