Hinge and Headspace are launching a meditations feature to calm pre-date jitters for users. As brands continue to address young people’s mental health, some are working to reach young daters who get anxious before meeting up with potential partners. Hinge is teaming up with Headspace to launch a new free “pre-dating meditations” feature ahead of World Mental Health Day on October 10. The meditations, which last around five to six minutes, tackle emotions from self-doubt to negative self-talk, and are narrated by Headspace’s director of meditation. Dating in 2020 is especially stressful, and Hinge reports “one in four users feel even more anxious now.” (Mashable)
