Millennial employees are less comfortable returning to the office than Boomers.

Millennial employees are less comfortable returning to the office than Boomers. YPulse’s recent No Place Like Home trend research found that 56% of employed Millennials are currently working from home. And according to a Clutch survey, they’re less comfortable going back to the office: 53% of Millennials feel safe returning compared to 59% of Baby Boomers. The data is “thought-provoking” given that older demographics are at higher risk during the outbreak. The report also found that 75% of employees agree that private office spaces are the safest office layout, but only one in five workers have that option. (Black Enterprise)
