Social media is amplifying the voices of young activists from rural areas. Climate change is the biggest problem Gen Z and Millennials believe they face and young people everywhere are making their voices heard thanks to teen activists like Greta Thunberg. But in rural parts of the world, young climate strikers don’t have the same support, with many striking and protesting alone.
