Social shopping app Depop is raising a “generation of bedroom entrepreneurs.” The app for buying and selling secondhand and homemade items just made headlines with an impressive funding round that it plans to use to expand its already impressive young user base from five million (90% of whom are under 26) to 15 million over the next three years. Depop reports that one-third of U.K. 16-24-year-olds are signed up, and they plan to grow their U.S. user base to the same level. (TechCrunch)
