The Olympic Games hopes a ten-year-old skateboarder can kickflip their ratings into shape. From the 2012 to the 2016 games, 18-35-year-old viewership plummeted at least 25%, and to bring it back up, skateboarders, surfers, and sport climbers will all compete at the 2020 Tokyo games. Just one example: 10-year-old Sky Brown is viral skateboarder being counted on to draw millions of viewers from the internet to the traditionally broadcasted games. (Bloomberg)
