One company is letting their employees choose between vacation days and payments toward their student loans. Insurance company Unum provides 28 vacation days that most employees don’t use in full, so many are interested in cashing out their unused days. In fact, Unum expects about 30% of their U.S. workforce to take advantage of the benefit.
