Pokémon’s new game is played by…sleeping? That’s right, the newest mobile title from the franchise will sync up with a sleep tracking device called Pokémon Go Plus + to monitor downtime and encourage healthy habits, with rest impacting gameplay. The app could appeal to the 15% of Millennials that told us in our Wellness Intensified report that they’ve already used an app to improve their quality of sleep. Pokémon Sleep will debut in 2020, and a Detective Pikachu game is also in early stages. (The Verge)
