Looks like the job-hopping generation isn’t doing much job-hopping anymore.

Feb 06 2017

Looks like the job-hopping generation isn’t doing much job-hopping anymore. In a Deloitte survey of 21-33-year-old professionals across 30 countries, the firm found that only 38% would leave their job within two years if given the opportunity—a 6% decrease from the year before. With only about of third of those respondents in mature markets stating that they expect economic conditions to improve—another decrease from the previous year—it’s likely that skepticism is motivating Millennials to stay put.
