Parents can now set limits on their child’s cell phone usage with an app that rewards good behavior with gift cards. On Samsung’s Marshmallow app, kids can earn points by using their phones less, and redeem them for gift cards to major retailers like Amazon and Best Buy. Gift cards must be approved and activated by a parent before use, and parents must intervene for the app to be disabled or deleted. Kids can also choose to set their own daily usage limits, losing points if they exceed their own parameters. (TheVerge)
