Fitness may be all the rage with Millennials, but they’re looking for more engaging workouts. According to a recent survey, 77% of 14-34-year-olds want interaction in their fitness—including apps, games, and music. The fitness industry has been changing for young consumers who can have almost anything on-demand, and tend to have short attention spans. One fitness expert moved on from the “dying” DVD market to create a YouTube presence, and gyms are having to compete with mobile tech that make it easier to get workouts done at home. (ABC7)
