Media company Fullscreen has already been a big player in the new video boom, creating original content starring some of YouTube’s biggest stars, and now they’re launching their own streaming service. The platform will target young mobile viewers, and will likely be a YouTube competitor, featuring digital celebrities. Fullscreen’s founder said in the announcement, “Just as premium cable networks raised the bar for television over the past decade, we aim to do the same with a new generation of creators, stars and personalities.” (Streamdaily, Adweek)
