Mental Health Report
You’ve seen the headlines calling loneliness an epidemic among young people, and that may unfortunately have truth to it. As their social lives were disrupted during the pandemic, the lasting impact has been an unsteady relationship with finding new communities IRL as young adults. In this year’s Mental Health report, YPulse discusses how the importance of mental health for young people, how many have spoken to mental health professionals, and what they’re doing to de-stress (even getting into the controversial mental health day).
