After the lackluster viewership at the 2021 Summer Games in Tokyo, Gen Z and Millennials’ plan to watch or skip out on the Games this year is in question. But certain events will keep them entertained and watching live (even on cable TV). We already know that they pay attention to athletes, especially on social media, but brands should be thinking about if Olympians need to be on their collab lineup, too.
