Halloween plans are on the horizon, and this year Gen Z and Millennials are planning to celebrate Halloween like they did pre-pandemic. The majority of young consumers agree that Halloween is a good time to be a kid again, and rushing into a new normal is the perfect time for 13-39-year-olds to relive their most memorable Halloween moments. But while it’s true young consumers are beginning to celebrate and decorate for Halloween as early as September 1st, they are also aware of their budgets due to inflation.
