Coach launched a Gen Z-focused pop-up in London. The new Coach Charm Playground is in the Corner Shop in Selfridges, giving shoppers the opportunity to customize their Coach goodies with charms and monogramming. (And we know how young people love to add a trinket!) Shoppers can also find exclusive shades of the popular Tabby bag, like fuchsia and sky blue. The interactive pop-up even includes a blown-up installation of Coach’s mascot, Rexy the dinosaur. Coach is focusing on attracting Gen Z shoppers with immersive experiences, especially since Gen Z is driving major growth for the brand in Europe and the U.K.. The key might be leaning into more IRL experiences, especially as YPulse data shows that 73% of 13-39-year-olds in Western Europe are interested in branded pop-up experiences. (WWD)
