A museum in the U.K. is using AI to amplify neurodivergent creativity in young people. Mansfield Museum in Nottinghamshire opened Neurodiverse Futures, a digital art installation created entirely by autistic and neurodivergent young people using AI tools. Over two days of workshops, participants worked with drawing, movement, sound, spoken description, and model-building that were then transformed into a large-scale projection exploring thought, emotion, and sensory experience. The goal wasn’t to showcase AI, but to use it as an accessibility bridge to highlight the young artists. This project offers a model for how AI can center marginalized voices rather than replace them. (Blooloop)
