Cheez-It opened a full-on, one-weekend-only nightclub. The brand is not a newbie at IRL experiences, with a complete Cheez-It roadside diner under their belt. Now, they made cheese the theme of a NYC nightclub, complete with Cheez-It-infused specialty drinks, a light-up floor in its signature orange squares, and even a “disco cube.” The drinks went beyond a punny name or quick garnish though, really leaning into the concept from a martini with Cheez-It-infused vodka to a Cheez-It -flavored orange Jello shot with champagne in it. Pop-up bars are becoming a go-to for immersive brand experiences; despite Gen Z’s reputation for not drinking as much as previous gens, they still love an event to post about on socials and a uniquely flavored drink, if only in moderation.
