Inditex (Zara’s parent company) is re-launching their discount, ready-to-wear brand Lefties in Europe. In order to compete with SHEIN, the brand originally founded in the 2000s will open several stores in prime shopping areas in France, the U.K., Germany, and the Netherlands, along with a dedicated French ecommerce site, in 2026. Like SHEIN, Lefties focuses on ultra-low prices and fast-fashion products, offering trendy, affordable pieces for women, men, and kids. By expanding both online and in-store, Inditex aims to take on SHEIN’s dominance in the fast fashion space—which even Zara can’t stand up to alone. (Elle)
