TikTok just added new AI features for advertisers—including AI avatars. The latest tools let brands turn simple text or images into full video ads, complete with digital avatars that can now wear outfits, hold up products, or show off apps on a phone screen. These avatars are part of “TikTok Symphony,” the platform’s expanding suite of AI tools designed to make polished content without a whole production team. Instead of hiring models or filming shoots, brands can now generate a full campaign with just a few prompts. It’s a big move toward faster, cheaper ad creation. However, brands should still be careful when using AI “people” in their ads. Though AI marketing is commonplace now, YPulse data shows more Gen Z dislike brands making AI-created influencers / spokespeople than those who like it. (Mashable)
