London is becoming increasingly inaccessible for young people. According to Last Swim Millennial director Sasha Nathwani, the city no longer offers the same sense of freedom and possibility it once did—especially with Gen Z now facing mounting financial pressures, limited career opportunities, and growing mental health struggles that make living in the city, and living a fulfilling life in general, feel out of reach.
