Glastonbury is finally including more Gen Z artists in its lineup. In recent years, the U.K.’s most famous music festival focused more on bringing big names catering to Millennials’ nostalgia—like Guns N’ Roses, Elton John, and Coldplay—than younger up-and-coming artists. But the 2025 edition of the festival will feature some of the most notable young artists in pop culture, including Olivia Rodrigo, Doechii, Lola Young, Myles Smith, Gracie Abrams, and Elijah Hewson from the band Inhaler. Organizers hope this fresh lineup, showcasing diverse talents across genres like rock, rap, pop, and jazz, will attract a younger audience and rejuvenate the festival’s spirit that has been going on since the ‘70s.
