And experts predict that climate change events will intensify, potentially leading to more natural disasters like these, which increases young people’s anxiety about the future. And it’s understandable why, as experts say these events are getting more disastrous, but concerns for the planet’s future are prompting many young people to engage with climate activism, hoping to make a change themselves.
