The majority of Gen Z in the U.K. want to be their own boss. According to Santander U.K., 75% of Gen Z have no intentions of working a 9 to 5 job and want to be their own boss for the rest of the careers. And even more notably, another 77% are confident that they can do it. Over a third of Gen X and Boomers feel it was unattainable to start their own businesses when they were young because of pressures to follow traditional paths. But one of the biggest advantages these younger gens have is being tech-savvy, especially when it comes to new advancements which they have been quick to adapt to. (CNBC)
