Some Gen Z workers are making emails less formal.The trend of Gen Z signing off their emails with phrases like “Another day, another slay” has gained popularity on TikTok once again. Young people are using memes, emojis, slang, and abbreviations in their emails, just how they communicate through text, contributing to a more casual email culture for everyone. And perhaps surprisingly, this hasn’t necessarily gotten negative reactions from their companies.
