Toys ‘R’ Us is making a comeback in the U.K. After going bust in the country six years ago, the brand seems to have learned from its previous mistakes. Toys ‘R’ Us is opening its first new store this week in Manchester, and instead of opening large stores, it will now only be opening smaller shop-in-shops in partnership with the chain WHSmith. Toys ‘R’ Us plans to expand in the country and open 30 locations by the end of the year, leveraging its strong brand recognition as well as the next gen’s love for buying toys. (SecretManchester)
