Pinterest now lets users create short videos of their Pinterest boards, designed to be shared on other platforms. The inspiration for Pinterest’s new feature comes from the creative ways that Gen Z engaged with Pinterest’s existing collage-making app called Shuffles. Previously, users would share boards by taking screenshots or using green screen effects. But now, they have the option of creating a short video of their Pinterest board, or also board sharing more easily; where users can create links that take viewers directly to the complete board on Pinterest, where they can browse and shop the curated content.
