The increase of artificial intelligence has made young people express growing interest in hands-on or physical work opposed to sitting behind a computer screen all day. Despite careers in professions requiring a college education typically indicating higher earnings in the long run, the attractiveness of working in trades can be compelling compared to attending a four-year university.
