Mar 13 2024

Teens know they’re better off without their phone but can’t quit it. A new report from the Pew Research Center revealed that nearly 75% of teens feel “happy or peaceful when they don’t have their phones with them.” But despite these positive findings, most teens choose not to limit their phone or social media use. Rather, the majority believe that smartphones actually bring more advantages than disadvantages, saying that they aid creativity and pursuit of hobbies, and 45% even think academic success is easier with smartphones.
