French Millennials are boosting the sales of board games in the country. The board game market generates over €500M per year in France and it’s grown 7.5% in the past three years. It turns out young French adults in their thirties (a.k.a. Millennials) are key drivers of this market: this demographic is rediscovering the joy of playing board games as a friendly leisure activity—and connecting with their inner child at the same time.
