Gen Z is looking to artificial intelligence to improve their online shopping experience. A new study from the Harris Poll and ecommece tech company Rokt found that 88% of Gen Z believe that AI can increase the efficiency of online shopping, while 55% are interested in using an AI assistant to help them find products and “cater to their shopping-related needs and desires.” The young gen is also looking to the tech to improve price-comparing to help save money when browsing for products online. YPulse research shows that two in five young consumers use mobile apps to online shop, with Amazon and SHEIN being the top platforms they shop on. (Ad Age)
