College athletes are partnering with Zoa, Dwayne Johnson’s brand, for NIL deals. The energy drink company co-founded by the celeb is looking to expand its business with a new NIL program. “The Rock’s Warriors” will feature seven college athletes—including Angel Reese, Hansel Enmanuel, Brock Bowers, Marvin Harrison Jr., Drake Mate, Kam Kinchens, and Amaya Gainer as an expansion of Zoa’s “Fuel Something Bigger” campaign which aims to help promote their images as well as “help the brand expand its presence across sports.” YPulse research shows that the legalization of NIL deals has helped brands reach young consumers by partnering with the college athletes they look up to.
