A start-up called Need It For Tonight (NIFT) launched last month in the capital of the U.K. with the intent to bring ultra-fast delivery to the next level. The company facilitates fast bike courier deliveries from fashion stores, providing real-time order tracking and a guaranteed delivery time of 90 minutes or less. While critics argue that fast-delivery has negative environmental implications, it has become mainstream among young consumers in the U.K., and fashion retailers like Marks & Spencer, ASOS, and Net-a-Porter already embracing same-day delivery to meet customer expectations.
