Victoria’s Secret is refreshing their loyalty program. We’ve seen VS completely revamp their marketing strategy to reach Gen Z consumers who value inclusivity and representation. Now, the brand is upgrading their loyalty program. “The VS & Pink Collective” will offer more “rewards, member exclusives, digital community features and added benefits for cardholders.” This is the first time shoppers can “buy from either Victoria’s Secret or Pink and earn rewards regardless of payment method.” The three-tiered program works its way up with an Insider level that has no spending minimum, an All-Access tier that requires annual spend of $300 or more, and a VIP level if a customer spends $750 or more. YPulse data shows that over half of young consumers say they belong to a loyalty program and the majority (61%) tell us earning points towards rewards is the most important quality of a loyalty program.
