Recently TikTok user @innergrump shared a Slack message they received at their new job: “Just remember that at this company we are a FAMILY. No secrets. We love you.” Her caption told viewers “‘Family’ is arguably the biggest red flag buzzword,” and the clip has gotten over 155K views. Commenters have shared their agreements like, “My place always says it and I’m looking daily to leave. It’s a red flag.” Others chimed in to say the phrase “no secrets” was also a red flag. YPulse’s What’s Next for Work trend research shows that an unhealthy work / life balance is among Gen Z and Millennials’ top reasons for why they’d leave a job. (Daily Dot)
