The company’s account, RentSocial., will be a shared space for sellers who are looking to bring visibility to their properties. Owners will be able to run TikTok campaigns geared toward Gen Z and Millennials who frequent the app and are looking for footage showcasing the layouts of various rentals. YPulse’s newest trend report The TikTok Effect shows that TikTok is the top place young consumers last saw an advertisement that made them want to buy something—but the ads don’t always have to be perfectly polished.
