Ritz crackers is targeting Millennial families who are celebrating diverse traditions this holiday season. A part of their new campaign “Our Holidays,” the brand is tapping their longtime partnership with Bon Appetit to showcase a new cookbook featuring recipes and various cultural stories as well as a video series that explores different cultural cuisines. There will be three videos where a Bon Appetit chef cooks alongside American families celebrating their culture from the Philippines, Nigeria, and Azerbaijan. Ritz’s ad campaign also includes a 15-second spot featuring multi-generational families celebrating various winter holidays. YPulse’s Thanksgiving Plans report data shows that 97% of Millennial parents plan on celebrating with their families and 36% say that they plan on eating foods from their family’s cultural heritage.
