Coca-Cola is launching Dreamworld, their final Creations flavor for this year. Coke’s Creations collection is meant to attract young consumers and gamers alike, and Dreamworld is the newest limited-time flavor. The beverage is described to be what a dream tastes like with “playfully vibrant flavor notes” and the packaging “[fuses] whimsical shapes, electric colors and a 3D expression of Coke’s signature script to create an illusionary visual landscape.” Alongside the launch this week, Coke is offering digital activations that will “provide a portal” into the Dreamworld by scanning a QR code on their website. Users are then directed to tap their screens and experience the Dreamworld with Tomorrowland musical artists like Cellini, KC Lights, Vintage Culture, and Martin Garrix, all while playing a game similar to Beat Saber. YPulse research shows over a quarter of Gen Z and Millennials are using QR codes to learn more about a product. (Food Dive)
