In anticipation of She-Hulk, Marvel created a profile for her on Tinder. YPulse has been tracking Gen Z and Millennials’ affinity for weird marketing for quite some time, and now Marvel is adding their own twist to the marketing strategy. This week, the highly anticipated She-Hulk: Attorney at Law series is arriving on Disney+ and in order to attract Gen Z and Millennial viewers, Marvel and Disney created a Tinder profile of the MC. When a user swipes right, they are automatically matched with a sponsored message from She-Hulk that reads, “I knew we’d match! There’s plenty to love in She-Hulk Attorney at law. Lawyers, Hulks, Cameos, dating, happy hours, yoga, magic, fashion…the list goes on.” Users are additionally prompted to message their match and “set up a date” to watch the series on its release date.
