Millennial parents are driving the natural baby food market.

Aug 11 2022

Millennial parents are driving the natural baby food market. There is a growing number of young parents who are switching to more natural and organic baby foods as opposed to highly processed, unsustainable foods. This increase in awareness regarding their children’s nutrition intake is causing them to reassess what they’re buying. Millennial parents are more involved with “the health benefits associated with organic food products which includes vitamins, minerals, fiber, carbohydrates, and calcium.” But as more parents opt for organic options, they will realize quality ingredients come with higher costs as well as shorter shelf lives. YPulse’s Food Shopping and Trends report data shows 25% of Millennial parents say they are more likely to buy an item that’s labeled “organic” when grocery shopping. (Business Wire)
