Philadelphia Cream Cheese is changing the restaurant pop-up game—allowing diners to order their feelings. Over the weekend, Gut Miami teamed up with Philadelphia Cream Cheese for a debut restaurant in NYC where, “You don’t order food. You order feelings.” The multi-sensory dining experience Feeladelphia invites guests to uncover a range of feelings through a range of recipes that each include cream cheese. To focus on the emotional side of food, an all-star (or in this case Michelin-star) group of chefs “created a bespoke menu based on real feelings versus specific ingredients.” A Feeladelphia Experience cookbook featuring the many cream cheese infused dishes is available for those who didn’t get to attend the pop-up. YPulse’s cooking and diets report data shows 70% of Gen Z and Millennials say cooking is a creative outlet for them. (Adweek)
