Chipotle is dropping limited-edition Carhartt merch as part of its “A Future Begins” short film aimed at supporting young farmers. Featuring music from Kacey Musgraves, Chipotle’s “A Future Begins” short film is based on the true story of a Chipotle farmer whose child returned from college to save their family farm with new technology and sustainable growing techniques. The QSR is working with the National Young Farmers Coalition (NYFC) to encourage Congress to invest $2.5 billion toward securing access to up to 1 million acres for young farmers while asking consumers to sign a petition on Chipotle’s website. Limited-edition merch from Carharrt is also dropping tomorrow (November 19) featuring a custom apron, jacket, hat, and patches, and Carharrt created four shoppable looks inspired by the short film’s characters.
